Checked in on March 3, 2026 between 10-11 PM The person who didn't even bother to tell us there was valet parking said "go park wherever you find a free spot," and we found a place to park after searching. The person who registered us at the front desk only knew how to register us. They didn't give any information about when and where breakfast was served, how to get to the room, or how to use the hotel spa. I could only get answers from them with a pair of tweezers. Would I come again? No. Not worth the money. Çetin Olgun

First of all, the rooms are very beautiful. The reason I gave four stars specifically for the rooms is because they are a little dated. Apart from that, the attentiveness of the staff, the quietness of the rooms, and the comfort of the beds are truly wonderful. Because I follow a special diet, I couldn't find what I wanted on the menu; however, at five in the morning, Chef Buse and her colleague prepared a special dish for me via room service. I would like to thank them very much for this thoughtfulness.

During our trip to Bursa to visit the mosques and tombs in honor of Ramadan, one of the best decisions we made was staying at the Bursa Sheraton. We already had positive thoughts about this hotel, having stayed there before, but this visit was even better. Ms. Çiğdem from customer relations and Mr. Fırat, the reservations manager, won us over with their warm and polite approach even before we arrived. We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and were extremely pleased. They've added local Bursa specialties to the menu, and everything was incredibly high-quality and fresh. We'd like to thank Mr. Furkan and Mr. Hakan, who served us in the restaurant; they were both extremely gentlemanly, polite, and knowledgeable in their profession. They treated us in the best possible way. We are grateful to both of them. We also experienced the spa and Turkish bath, which far exceeded our expectations. Ms. Münevver and Mr. Orhan were also very kind and hospitable. The hotel's breakfast... I could go on and on describing it, it was legendary. Everything, from gluten-free products to fruits and granola yogurt, was meticulously prepared down to the smallest detail. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and flawless. In short, we had a wonderful time. Thank you for everything, Bursa Sheraton family. 🌸🎀
