Can't beat it for location. Rooms are typical dated but very comfortable Sheraton rooms. The pool is absolutely fantastic. I had a club room which over Xmas/new year was extremely over subscribed and busy which was disappointing and the "local" Canadian staff were very lazy and casual, the Indian and UK staff went above and beyond to keep everything clear and served you wonderfully. The housekeeping was semi-hostile, haphazard, sometimes lazy and the fire alarm keeps going off at random. This needs to be sorted properly! The location really can't be beaten for a nice easy to get about central location. Would definitely recommend

Amazing stay in the heart of downtown Toronto. The location couldn’t be better — I even walked through snow and rain to the Eaton Centre, revisiting one of the most beautiful shopping malls I first saw back in 1996. I’m so glad it still stands as a true landmark and flagship shopping destination in Canada. The Club Lounge on the 43rd floor is a highlight of the hotel. The panoramic views of the CN Tower, City Hall, the Toronto sign, and the outdoor skating rink are absolutely stunning. It’s such a peaceful and elegant space, made even better by the wonderful team working there — special thanks to Grace, Dinesh, and Charmaine for their warm hospitality. The indoor pool and gym on the 3rd floor are also impressive — spacious, spotless, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. One unexpected surprise was discovering the underground tunnel that connects directly to the Eaton Centre, which made exploring the city even more convenient and memorable. Overall, a truly special stay.
