I had a really nice stay at the Sheraton overall. The location was great and very convenient, especially since it was within walking distance to the Spectrum Center for The Boys 4 Life concert we attended. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was also surprised with the sweetest signed birthday card from the all the staff and even received complementary breakfast the next morning. That thoughtful gesture honestly made my night ☺️ and made the stay feel extra special. The room was clean, comfortable, renovated, showed a beautiful skyline view, and had everything we needed. I also appreciated how easy the parking process was, and the hotel felt safe and well maintained. Overall, it was a great place for a weekend stay, and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Woke up with a water leak at 6 AM. Water was pouring out of the vent located above. The entry door notified the front desk. They said they would send someone up right away. Call back 30 minutes later. They said someone might or might not come up, did not give any indication of anyone coming to Take care of the soaked carpet in the room very unprofessional , not my job to train the front desk , people
