Pros: - spacious rooms - fast check in and check out, front desk was always well-staffed - great location close to LAX - airport shuttle was quick and easy Cons: - room soundproofing could be improved. This wasn't too much of a problem from the planes even though I could see the runway, but more so from the hotel hallway. - elevators are slow, more than once I had to wait a few minutes. - beds were too warm, this felt like it was because of the mattress. Overall, I would be willing to stay here again.
