This is a racially profiling hotel from their staff to security and I would not recommend anyone of color to stay here, everyone from their security, to bell staff, to manager was very rude and unprofessional not know that I am a Bonvoy member.The manager Hunter and security Steven were impolite and racially micro-aggressive in which the security guard said how can he be racist when there’s “black in his black” but failed to mention details. I would never recommend this to any corporate friends or Bonvoy members! Everyone you meet is a potential guest!!
