My brutal honest review about this place. First, should not use the name Sheraton as the hotel doesnt deliver 5 stars room service or food. It's old and food is not up to standard 5 star. The guest bathroom at the lobby looks like public toilet. So this hotel i would give 1 star. Second, the room cleaning service is horrible. Third, you need to take shuttle bus if you want to go outside the hotel, pay at your own cost! Everything else you want to do extra things cost $$$$$. This place is one of the place, would never go back to even if it's free. It is so boring, even on 2nd day, my little one (who is 4 years old) asking to go back home feeling how boring this village is. BALI offers better and cheaper. FYI: ppl who gave 4 to 5 stars review, they must never been to a better hol place
