We stayed here for two nights to go to Disney. It's right off the Resort Line, yet they offer a shuttle bus. It's true that you have to go up the hill to get to the hotel, so it's a blessing. There's no convenience store. There's a shop, but it's at hotel prices. The Disney shop is nice. Breakfast gets busy from 8:00, so it's best to come early. (Indicated in the elevator.) This time, we stayed at the Grand Cafe and Galleria. The Grand Cafe has a stylish interior. The Galleria has almost the same menu as the Grand Cafe, but they have a cotton candy machine for kids, as well as chocolates, donuts, popcorn, and more. We were kindly upgraded to a room on the 8th floor, facing the ocean. The room was renovated, with a spacious bathroom and a large TV, so we had a comfortable stay. My younger brother's room, which wasn't renovated, honestly felt more like a traditional Japanese inn. However, the bed was the same size as the renovated rooms, so it was fine. Considering the age of the building, it would cost a huge amount of money to renovate all the rooms, but since we chose it for its location, it's not a problem. All the staff were kind! In particular, the man at the Galleria reception was very kind and helpful, even though we were late in line, which we were very grateful for. Thanks to him, we were able to eat our fill and are very satisfied. Thank you very much!!
