First room we had was atrocious. Holes in the wall, holes in the carpet, an empty shooter bottle underneath the mattress, and I stepped on a staple in the carpet. Thankfully it didn’t break skin, but still. We went to the front desk and requested a new room. Got no apology from them and they were completely apathetic and rude, and I caught one of them making faces at us. Horrible customer service. Then we got moved to a new room. Noticed there’s no fan in the bathroom? It was fine for a day. The bed is SO squeaky. The light switch doesn’t work. We noticed disgusting mildew in the shower. The shower head isn’t completely attached to the wall. We left the AC on in the morning and came back later in the day to find the room smelling EXTREMELY MUSTY. The towels provided are also super light and cheap. The only good thing about this hotel is the convenient ferry stop and the restaurant (which for their own benefit should definitely find a new location and should no longer associate themselves with this hotel, because the food was great!) This is a 4 star hotel but from what we’ve seen, it deserves to be less than 2 stars. I expected nothing like what we’ve experienced from a Sheraton hotel. This is by far one of the worst places I have ever stayed at.

Nice room. Hotel could use an upgrade but overall nice experience. Great location. Restaurant in-house is a good option to have especially for cold winter days. They sell Allegrini Amarone by the glass!

Great hotel for the cost and location. Clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. The bus and ferry are located just a minute or two from the hotel lobby. We stayed in a king room with a SPECTACULAR view of the NYC skyline. Hotel restaurant has a nice happy hour, delicious food and unlimited coffee in the morning for a small fee. 100% recommend.
