I had a great experience at Sheraton Lisboa. The staff was excellent—professional, friendly, and always willing to help. What really impressed me, though, was the presence of the General Manager. It’s rare to see a General Manager personally engaging with guests and treating everyone with the same respect and attention. That level of leadership truly reflects in the overall atmosphere and service quality of the hotel. Thank you to everyone who contributes to keeping this place at such a high level for guests. Highly recommended.
