A very nice hotel with extremely friendly and always helpful, yet not at all intrusive, staff. The rooms are clean and spacious. The location is perfect, right on the beach. If you prefer not to be on the beach, you can use the lagoons or the pool. The beaches and the entire resort are very well-maintained and clean. There's a very diverse range of sports activities, from a daily morning fitness class by the pool to a weekly yoga class on the beach, and a gym with state-of-the-art equipment and a personal trainer—who, by the way, is very nice—who is happy to challenge you to your limits if you wish. 💪🏼😉 The buffet in the restaurant, whether breakfast or dinner, is varied and really good. We were a little disappointed with the Orient 1001 Restaurant, but that's a matter of taste. We did, however, enjoy the Italian restaurant. Overall, this hotel comes highly recommended! 👍🏼👌🏼 We'd love to come back! 😃

Second time at the Sheraton and another great holiday. All the staff are very friendly and helpfull, special thanks to the guys at the beach bar and gym where i spent most of my time. Food in the main buffet is okay but italian is very nice, 2 visits per 10 day stay or walk into the port where the food is excellent and at a reasonable cost. My brother had a birthday which they decorated the room with celibrations and cake which was an extra unexpected touch. The weather is just perfect for me 25 degrees on average perfect winter sun, five stars

We spent a week at this fantastic hotel. The rooms are spacious, and there's plenty of room in the stylish wardrobes. The bed is very comfortable, everything is spotlessly clean, and all the materials used look high-quality. The food is delicious and varied. The main restaurant offers a buffet with daily changing themes. My companion has a few food intolerances, and the chef took a lot of time to help her find suitable dishes. Gluten-free bread is also available at the buffet. You don't have to worry about getting an upset stomach from ice cubes or salad. The Oriental restaurant was also very authentic in terms of ambiance and food—definitely worth a visit. And the Italian restaurant was delicious as well! There are several beach areas and very attentive staff, so you don't have to wait long for your drinks. They are also very well prepared, and the local wines are excellent. Everyone at reception took great care of us; Mona and Mai deserve special mention! Our cleaning lady, Achmed, always conjured up a lovely little flower or a folded paper towel arrangement on our bed. All the staff are incredibly detail-oriented. You'll be approached about excursions and tours, but if you prefer not to be, you can request a "no disturb" sign for the beach or pool area and enjoy some peace and quiet. However, we had a pleasant chat with all the tour operators in addition to the sales pitch, so it never felt intrusive.
