My boyfriend and I stayed at the Sheraton Rhodes resort back in July 2025 and it was such an amazing experience. The staff were so nice and helpful and they had upgraded our room to a beautiful ocean view which was stunning. The food was incredible, the service was so great and I loved how easy it was to access the beach without crossing the busy road to get to it and instead you cross an underground bridge. I highly recommend this resort.

It's unpleasant to say, but I was with you on 9/17. I received a room in the Alin area, the forest area, with no regard for nature, a forest, no garden at all. I asked the reception to change the new one in exchange for money. They say we don't have rooms. Not once, not twice, three times. My wife and I, Honey Moen, should have been better. The agent tried to change the room. No response from the hotel within 7 days. I didn't receive any reference from the hotel. I was really disappointed. I won't go back there.

I stayed at the Sheraton during the first week of October, and the weather was absolutely amazing. The sea view was stunning! I highly recommend upgrading to a sea view room if you can! I also want to highlight the excellent service at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I especially want to thanks Anna, who was super helpful and patient in explaining all the facilities and recommending great places to visit in Rhodes. She was also the one who replied to my emails before my arrival, which made planning my trip so much easier. Overall, my stay was perfect. It was my first time visiting Greece, and I’m so grateful to the entire team for making it such a wonderful experience! :)
