A great hotel to stay near the airport. It also has great restaurants and the best view.

Horrible customer service. I've called in 3 times to request booking a bayside room in the bay tower. They transfer me to a 3rd party system that can't help me with my request. Every time that I call back and explain that, they just talk over me and transfer me to their 3rd party again. They do have rooms available, but the 3rd party can't reserve specific locations.
