Loud all night long. Even though hotel is on the beach, it's a long obnoxious walk to get to the water. The quality of this hotel is definitely not worth the price.

Checked in at 9:30 pm 12/31 checked out at 9:30 am 1/1/26 . Was charged for two days over $1000 for one night. they insisted we pay the second day even though we were checking out before 10 am . All this aside I found the manager/ young woman behind the counter ( Ariel ) to be both rude and apathetic. This is not what I’ve come to expect from a Marriott property . For what it’s worth stay across the street on the bay side at the Marriott. They are far more professional and caring about the guests

Overall, really solid. The convenience store is a life saver! Cater food was good when I was there with the Hawkeye Marching Band in 2025!
