A bit out dated no airco in the reception but the service is amazing and everything is here and more rooms clean and quick service. Fitness tennis golf swimming pool massage its all there. Stayed here because my wife got sick during traveling and they called a doctor immediately who even came out of holiday on a sunday.

Was a very nice relaxing stay. The pros were it was beautiful, clean and we were well looked after. The room was massive and the bed was amazing (executive suite). The cons were that the tv in the lounge did not work with apps. The wifi was patchy. The food was not the best but was good enough. We loved our stay in Lombok and would recommend the Sheraton. It was close to the port and Gili islands which was useful and would recommend the boat over the plane.
