Pros: It's a very quiet hotel. The whole hotel is quiet. Peaceful. The balcony is fantastic. If you're conservative and want shelter, you can relax on the balcony in the sun. The view is amazing. There's a wonderful employee at reception who wears glasses. He fulfilled all our requests, including a room change, thank you. Cons: The food is tasteless and lacks flavor. The Turkish chef could be better. I'm writing this as someone who has stayed in 10 hotels in Sharm. I'm in Sharm again right now. The seats in the restaurant are very unsafe; 3 people fell to the floor. There could even be injuries. The beach is superb, no ramps at all. There's a lot of sunbathing and NME (Near East) area. The sea is very exposed to the wind. You can't enter because of the waves. Also, the walking path is very limited. They blow the whistle immediately. The reefs are beautiful, but the staff doesn't let you go outside a certain area. My recommendation is to choose hotels in sheltered coves. There's almost no entertainment. The staff are superb, especially the lady at the restaurant door.

We're staying at the hotel from January 8th to 18th. The hotel is tired; renovations are just covering up holes and dirt. Service is the biggest killer, but even that's starting to suffer!!! No one will approach you or even move without a tip. We don't ask for anything out of the ordinary. All the bars make different cocktails. There's probably no recipe or a quirky tip. One bar has syrup and tangerines, while someone piles ice on you and doesn't even offer a straw. It's sad! The rooms are large and all have sea views. They're cleaned daily, and towels are changed daily, but the quality of the furniture and fixtures leaves much to be desired. It's okay; we were thinking about returning, but we've changed our minds.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The food isn't the best, but it's acceptable. The dining room staff (buffet, Lebanese restaurant, and Italian restaurant) were particularly kind and helpful, especially with my one-year-old daughter. Mohamed Ramadan in the dining room and Mamhoud Badr on the beach were really helpful and kind, especially with my daughter. The beach is spacious. The property has all the comforts.
