what a great and lovely hotel in Shunde. I have made a booking on 29th December, 2025. I won't have seen the sunrise if Gavin Zhao ,who is the Loyalty Manger, hadn't upgraded my bedroom. I like living there which give me a great surprise especially the view of the bedroom. it is sooo beautiful in the morning, i have never seen before. when i got up and open the curtain at 6 AM. I'm so amazing. I can see the sun is going up slowly with my sister. oh my god, I can see the sunrise in my eyes which is so beautiful. Thanks Gavin Zhao . He is so kind and friendly. Not only he upgraded my bedroom, but also giving two rooms for me to choose. He is very thoughtful of clients. Thanks the staff of the hotel too, helping me to call Taxi as my phone was down. All of them are so helpful and polite Besides, I'm so satisfied with the facilities in the hotel, such as the bed is soft, the lighting is bright, the temperature of the room is Comfortable. The sauna room is clean. The food in the hotel's Chinese restaurant is yummy. Thank you Gavin Zhao for upgrading our room, which allowed my sister and me to see a beautiful sunrise, a truly delightful surprise. Gavin Zhao is a wonderful manager, very considerate of guests' needs. We also appreciate the care from all the staff, and the lobby staff for booking a taxi for us in a timely manner (as my phone was broken). The facilities at the Shunde Sheraton Hotel are excellent; for example, the room temperature was comfortable, the lighting was ample, the place was clean, the bathroom had plenty of hot water, and the Chinese restaurant served delicious food.
