The location is great. Make sure not to use the Hotel Hoppa to go to the wrong Sheraton. The lobby looks very modern and clean. WiFi is fast and reliable. There is an excellent pub nearby called The Pheasant. It's about a 10 minute walk. Highly recommended. The club lounge was ok. It had a stock of drinks and snacks. I didn't go during their provided food hour, but it was nice to grab some water. Unfortunately, even though it is card read access, it is not open 24/7. This meant I could not get coffee before my flight. I presume this is due to breakfast being prepared, but it was still a let down. My room was... Ab interesting mix. Parts of my room like the bathroom appeared newer than the living area. The sheets seemed clean and the bathroom was clean, but the baseboard behind my bed seemed water damaged and there was a "bug catcher/trap" behind the bed for presumably roaches. I was not thrilled about that. Overall, I gave it a 4... And I only gave it a 4 because the staff at the front desk were extremely pleasant, it's a 15 minute ride to terminal 5, and the price was dirt cheap.

Great overnight stay after a flight cancellation . Comfy bed ,great room even with a voucher from BA. Only negative thing in my eyes that I wasn't able to have dinner as there was no room for a single person in the restaurant, even though I was offered to eat at the bar which wasn't convenient to me. Also when I tried to call reception and have my dinner served in my room there was no answer l.Provably a busy night so they can accommodate other people that had their flight cancelled
