A truly beautiful hotel and a fantastic complex. We felt very comfortable for a week. The food was simply fantastic. The service, especially at breakfast, was perfect (thank you, Ahmed). Why only 4 stars for service? The quality management is unfortunately not so good. Examples: We unexpectedly found a birthday cake in our room with a greeting for another guest (poor guy). We were promised a fruit basket and drinks as part of a daily quality survey (which were then unfortunately forgotten). Our luggage was supposed to be collected at a specific time (no one came). At check-in, our check-out time was entered into the system (unfortunately, our room keys were deactivated two hours earlier, so we couldn't pack, and the problem was only resolved after a lot of back and forth). The hotel description advertises beach volleyball, but unfortunately, the designated court is unplayable (the court is 12 x 30 meters, the net sagged to shoulder height, and the sand is full of stones and coral). For example, if tennis is offered, one would expect a proper court with a net and appropriate surface, at least in a 5-star hotel. The Robinson next door has two well-maintained 8x16 meter courts with nets and antennas, but of course, we weren't allowed to play on them. Despite these points of criticism (which we hope will be taken constructively), we had a very relaxing time and will definitely come back. Thank you for the wonderful time.
