I just had the best experience ever checkin in at a hotel. Diana helped me at the front desk and it’s been the most professional and friendly staff interaction I have ever had at a front desk. She was amazing, helped me out with my requests, I got an upgrade for my status and she was SUPER kind offering me the perks my status has. I wish all the staff were like Diana.

This is just my opinion but: -For how expensive this hotel is, and for how fancy they attempt to pass themselves off to be, it’s just a regular OLD hotel. The place is well kept for what it is, but outdated- and you can tell. -If you wish to stay here, they charge $20 A NIGHT to park at the hotel you already paid for. Whether it’s in their exterior parking lots(a far walk) or their basement (which by the way is likely the literal most poorly designed parking garage in the USA; I.e., don’t use it if you have anything other than a small car) you’re gonna pay $20 a night, a convenience that no other hotel I’ve stayed at charges for. For the high price this place charges for a room, this seems ridiculous… -Lastly, the local area seems extremely sketchy and I’ve been told by the locals it’s unsafe.
