My wife and I just spent two nights celebrating our anniversary at the Sheraton Suites Calgary Eau Claire, and the experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. When I made the reservation, Alessandro went out of his way to make sure our anniversary would be special. Thanks to him, we were set up with a beautiful suite on the 14th floor that made the whole occasion feel even more memorable. That extra level of care before we even arrived (the towel swan lovebirds LOL) set the tone for the entire visit. When we checked in, Aiden at the front desk truly went above and beyond. He was welcoming, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure everything about our stay was perfect. He also helped me smooth out with a parking challenge I was having. It’s always impressive when someone takes that extra moment to ensure guests feel looked after, and Aiden absolutely delivered. The Club Lounge was another highlight of the stay. It’s a great perk with a fantastic breakfast in the morning, snacks available throughout the day, and some excellent evening treats. A really comfortable space to relax and recharge. You can’t beat this location. The hotel is perfectly situated with easy walking access to great restaurants, shops, and the beautiful river pathways, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. A big thank you to Alessandro, Aiden, and the entire team for helping make our anniversary getaway such a memorable one. We’ll definitely be back!

Room is cozy and amazing. The amenities, mini-bar, room service is amazing, staff are very accommodating. Location is prime, it's not on a busy street even though it's located downtown. My only critique is the front entrance door situation. They want you going zigzag between two automatic sliding doors and in the middle of it there is massive pillar that makes crossing over with your bags or by yourself ridiculously difficult. Idk why they can't just open the door like normal.

Great place to stay. My only issue is the mandatory valet parking if you want to keep your vehicle safe overnight. And no discount for even titanium elite. Very expensive to park with really no other option except a wide open unsafe parking lot. Mediocre lounge offerings with an incredible rooftop patio.
