The lounge staff, except for the receptionist, were very attentive and friendly, both male and female. It's conveniently located near the subway station and the food stalls. The rooms are clean.

Really nice hotel, We stayed in a Deluxe King room, which was spacious enough for the three of us. The room had a mini fridge, tea and coffee facilities, a comfortable bed, iron, and dressing gowns. The bathroom had a bathtub-style shower, which was very nice. The lobby area is lovely and relaxing, with a waterfall feature that’s perfect for enjoying a drink. In the evening, the lounge had a piano player, which created a great atmosphere. We didn’t have breakfast, but we did have lunch once and it was enjoyable. The dinner buffet seemed quite expensive at SGD 110++ per person, so we chose to dine elsewhere. Location is excellent—Newton Station is just a short walk from the hotel. The pool on the 5th floor looked nice, though we didn’t use it as the water was a bit cold. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily return.
