I usually stay in budget hotels, but a friend booked me a room at the Sheraton at a great price, and I was really impressed. The staff is so friendly; you immediately feel welcome. It was Ramadan, and the evening buffet in the restaurant was a real treat.

I would like to commend the kindness and professionalism of all the staff at this establishment. Having stayed for a week, I want to highlight the quality of the interaction and service provided by the reception staff, the breakfast service managers, all the employees and managers of the spa and pool services, etc. Bravo to the entire team who do honor to the establishment and to Tunisian culture and hospitality. This makes me eager to return to this hotel which, although a little far from the city center, nevertheless boasts very convenient facilities (gym, beautiful pool, quality restaurants). I have excellent memories and hope to have the opportunity to return. I highly recommend this establishment, particularly for the smiles, humor, and high level of professionalism of its staff. GH
