We were here as a family in September and we're still under its spell because it was so special and beautiful, the food, the bars, the pools, everything 🌸 Our only criticism is that the desserts were bad, they should change the dessert company because we are planning to come again next September. Lots of love.

We spent a wonderful holiday at the Sherwood Exclusive Kemer Hotel in June 2025. The hotel grounds are beautiful and very well-maintained. Food and drinks are available around the clock, along with tasty snacks. Many small details made our stay even more enjoyable. There were many activities offered within the resort. For example, one afternoon a fantastic dinosaur event was organized for the children. I can only partially understand the criticism of the hotel here. The rooms are a little dated, but everything is very well maintained and cleaned. There are many pools on the grounds, so guests can spread out comfortably. We always found all the pools to be very clean. Due to the size and number of guests, the service staff was sometimes overwhelmed. However, everyone was always very attentive. We particularly remember Ahmet, the service employee. Even when things were busy, he always took the time for a kind word and always made sure our young son had a bit of fun. At this point, it might be advisable to appeal to the Food & Beverage management to assign more staff to the shifts, including for clearing tables. Unfortunately, it must also be mentioned that some guests simply don't know how to behave at a buffet. The ones who suffer are not only the other guests but especially the staff. We also felt particularly well looked after by the Guest Relations team, led by the wonderful Lucia. A heartfelt thank you again!

Hello dear friends, I checked in on January 9th, 2026 and left two days before my scheduled departure. It's definitely not a place I would recommend for families. The food, especially, is terrible. Only the animation team is currently keeping the hotel going. I couldn't tell if we were on vacation or at a nightclub. There are so many men, they shout and yell even in the regular restaurant during meals. It absolutely doesn't deserve to be a 5-star hotel. There's no discipline; it's like a free-for-all. Definitely not recommended for families. Pay 3,500 more and go to a better hotel.
