Extremely poor experience and unacceptable customer service. The day before checkout, my husband and I confirmed with the front desk that we could have a late checkout due to his work schedule. We were explicitly told we could check out at 5:00 PM with a $30 late checkout fee, and I even asked to be notified if there were any issues so I could make alternate arrangements. I was assured everything was approved. The following day, while my husband was at work (in the oilfield and with our only vehicle), the manager told me the arrangement had not been approved and demanded that I leave immediately. Despite explaining the situation, the hotel chose to call the police. My husband was forced to leave work to come help me pack, and we were escorted out under police pressure—an unnecessary and humiliating situation that could have been avoided with basic communication and professionalism. Breakfast quality was also very poor: powdered/fake eggs, stale biscuits, and overripe bananas that should have been discarded. Although the hotel advertises itself as pet-friendly, there is no designated or maintained area for pets. The only option was behind the hotel in a poorly maintained, trash-filled wooded area. - I did not have a dog. Just noticed the inconsistency with information. Overall, this stay was stressful, poorly managed, and handled with zero regard for guests. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very clean rooms. We Stay here whenever we're in town. Tried the Best Western one time and will never cheat on Shiloh again. Great price, clean rooms, great customer service
