DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL!! Once arrived the doors were closed, the door bell to reception did not work. 5 minutes later an employee arrived to inform me that the hotel was closed for over a week and will not be taking further bookings. Awful customer service as told they cannot refund my monies or offer me a room. When asked if I can use the facilities I was told that there were no toilets within the hotel. They couldn't inform me of any other hotels in the area that I could stay in but happy to take my money. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolute joke!!

Cancelled my booking saying they were full but still took full payment and classed it as a no show. Absolute nightmare trying to claim it back. Keep saying speak with Booking.com. AVOID THIS PLACE. SCAMMERS
