Our 6-day stay left us with several positive aspects but also some very negative ones. The apartment is very well located, right across from the beach and close to the city's lively area. It appears to be recently renovated, clean, and well-maintained. It has a spacious and pleasant communal terrace for the entire building, ideal for relaxing. It's true that the terrace barely gets any sun all morning. Regarding the interior of the apartment, there are several things we found very negative. The apartment is completely interior-facing, with only one window overlooking an interior courtyard, making it virtually impossible to be in the apartment without using artificial light at any time of day. It's mandatory to have the lights on in the living/dining area, even at 2 pm. Ventilation is almost nonexistent, and drying towels or swimsuits, for example, is practically impossible. The kitchen equipment is inadequate. It leaves much to be desired. There are hardly any utensils. There were three of us, and there were only three of each utensil (three forks, three knives, three glasses, etc.). There wasn't a single serving dish or bowl to make, for example, a salad. There wasn't a large mug for cereal. There were no Tupperware containers. There was no juicer. There was no blender. The kitchen was missing many basic things you can imagine, like a dish sponge, dishwasher tablets, or garbage bags. The bathroom only had one roll of toilet paper for the entire six days. We're not asking for everything, but it was completely lacking. As for personal hygiene and comfort, they only provide one towel per person, and, for example, we had a problem with the sheets on one of the beds, and there was no one working there to whom we could report the issue. The hot water didn't last even 10 minutes at a time, which made it impossible for the three of us to shower consecutively on any occasion. There are three of us with short hair, and only the first person gets hot water, and the second person only gets a little bit. The third person showers in lukewarm, almost cold water. There's also no staff available to resolve problems or attend to needs during our stay, which makes any unexpected issues much more difficult. In short, it has potential, but it urgently needs improvements in services and customer care.

The only negative thing is the fact that they are not cleaning the room very often.
