We spent 2 weeks in February 2026. The hotel area was really beautiful with jungle-like gardens. The pool area was nice, except for the roaring Indians, there was a quieter pool area across the road, where we spent time, there was also always plenty of space (there were not always towels) and no service. In the hotel's larger pool area, where all the sun loungers were already reserved early in the morning, although there were no people anywhere, the staff could pay attention to this. We had to change rooms because the balcony door could not be locked, and it could not be repaired either. We were offered a damp and dark room on the ground floor in front of the spa, with mosquitoes flying around, a high fence, and no view, it is not worth taking a room here. We did not accept this because of my asthma, another room was offered, both of these were worse than the original, we ended up having to pay 170 e for a new, better room, the fault was not ours but the hotel's, so it felt a bit unfair. Otherwise we were very satisfied, friendly staff, nice room with a pool view, very good location, close to the port, easy access to the islands, all services nearby, good breakfast. Especially the security guard on the Walking Street side was very friendly and always smiling.

It's been 10 years since I've been here. It's been great. It feels a bit old, but it's still comfortable and nice. The pool is nice. The water quality isn't great, but it's still okay. The breakfast wasn't bad, but it wasn't particularly impressive. I just had it because there weren't any other options. It was nice to have kimchi, but I was disappointed there was no noodle station. The freshly ground watermelon juice still tasted bad. The location is a bit tricky. You have to walk from one end of Walking Street to the other. Grab calls are hard to come by. In Thailand, even when you do get one, drivers keep canceling. It takes 30 minutes to get a Grab out of the hotel. Traffic in Pattaya seems to be getting worse. Beach Road and Second Road are both congested. It takes forever to get anywhere. However, it's the perfect place for those who want to spend time on Walking Street. Nevertheless, I loved this hotel. I loved spending time at the resort. Hotels with this kind of ambiance are becoming increasingly rare in Pattaya, so if you want a resort-like feel or a true staycation, this is a reasonable and good option. The pool is especially relaxing. The drinks and food are of good quality.
