My stay at this hotel was honestly a huge disappointment. It was clear that the staff had little to no interest in actually helping guests. The service was cold, slow, and at times outright dismissive. Simple requests were met with eye rolls. What frustrated me most was the feeling that the hotel doesn’t care about its visitors at all — only about squeezing as much money out of them as possible. Every small thing seemed to come with an extra charge, and there was zero flexibility or understanding when issues were raised. Instead of feeling welcome, I felt like an inconvenience. Overall, it’s a place that seems far more focused on profit than on hospitality. I definitely won’t be coming back.

We had a junior suite room with a view. The cleanliness was relatively good. Naturally, quite a bit of dust had accumulated around the bed with the overhang. Oddly, the bathtub only had warm water. There were two air conditioners. The one by the bed was quite noisy, but the other one was okay. A deposit of 1000 baht was required, but we got it back without any problems.
