Sibari Green Resort

I had the misfortune of staying here in September 2024. I'm writing a review today, annoyed by the offers I'm receiving by email; I wouldn't stay there even for free. Our first all-inclusive experience with a child who was one year old at the time. Let's start with the sore point: the children's cuisine. The staff were friendly and had excellent opening hours, but the quality of the food was shameful, and the sanitary conditions were unsuitable for a newborn. The food wasn't fresh and of dubious origin, and the quality was poor. Let's start with the room... a camping crib with a mattress practically on the floor, replaced after countless complaints. Our son slept almost on the floor, with ants crawling up his nose, poor thing. It would take a book to describe it, it wouldn't be enough... access to the sea is far away, and if you have a newborn, you don't have priority. The shuttle was inaccessible. Walking under the sun to get to the sea. When we got there, it was anything but relaxing, with sun loungers stacked on top of each other, obviously with a baby and a stroller far away from the sea and the boardwalk. The food was decent, like all chains; more or less basic, many dishes all the same, but in reality there was a great variety and it wasn't bad. In fact, there were many very good themed dinners. Another sore point: on September 7th, they charged for all club membership services, but nothing is left; everything is closed, including the soccer field and the nursery. Even the seaside restaurant is closing. So €4,000 for sleeping and eating is not only an inappropriate expense. They aren't serious; we reported all these problems, including the ants and the baby's crib that was broken for three long days, and we would have done better to leave. After three days, we received another broken crib with three mattresses inside, thinking we were cramped. We should have left, but instead we tempted fate by staying. We requested an interview with the manager who received us on the last day, showing us pictures of expired ricotta, expired milk, and ants in the room. He remained impassive, almost unsurprised, and even if he was displeased, he offered us a solution (a mockery). He would have spoken up to get back a portion of the money we spent. Weeks later, we received a voucher for a new vacation worth €200. It's up to you to draw your own conclusions. A nightmare vacation where we only ate because there was nothing else to do.

Exceptional staff, exceptional entertainers, truly skilled tennis instructor, no less talented gym and archery instructor, director present at every opportunity and very kind canteen staff and very kind cleaning service.

We went on vacation this summer, the last week of July, and had a wonderful time. The resort is very well-maintained and offers green spaces and child-friendly play areas. The dishes served were also delicious, changing daily. The themed evenings were lovely. The quantity and quality were good. Sometimes we had to wait for the buffet (but we're talking 5-6 minutes). The entertainment was top-notch. Highly recommended.
