Siesta Beach Apart

This Hotel was far away from our expectations. First of all we got an apartman on the ground floor without any view which we booked.Instead of double bed we got twin beds and no terrace or balcony how we booked. Air conditioner was only with extra £6 per day,with no any normal windows you can leave open for the night to get some fresh air. Plenty of stray cats around the apartments which immediately were inside if you were not in the door. There was no WiFi in the apartments,only around the reception.We booked with wifi but there wasn't any possibility to get it in the room. We complained next morning and the manager finally gave us another apartment on the 3rd floor where we got balcony and sea view... ..but really loud music every night from far away and twice at the restaurant during our 2 weeks stay in the hotel. Self catering: the basic facility should be a microwave oven but not here.The freezer in the fridge had so much ice we had to defrost at first but it didn't work properly even after that. There wasn't hot water during the 2 weeks,so sometimes we had to waste a lot of water to get even warm water. The apartment was cleaned before we arrived but it wasn't clean at all. They didn't even mop once during the 2 weeks even when we clearly asked cleaning. There wasn't even warm water in the kitchen. The stray dogs were around the pool and at the restaurant all the time.Maybe the dog and cat loving people were fine with this but we definitely didn't want any animal around us at a restaurant. No information or leaflets to offer what to see,where to go around Bodrum,or about the bus which departed in front of the hotel. The beach is very dirty,full of butts and dog poop. The sheets,blankets,towels were full of dirty stains(the cleaned ones also). Every facilities and furnitures was tired and worn out. Positive: They emptied the bin every day. When we asked a saucepan we got a brand new one. 2 pools with cold ,clear water. I definitely ask you to avoid this apartment hotel

Very nice ! Is a hotel with acomodation only ! Room nice , pool nice ! Beach nice ( quite dirty )! But in tge end We have had nice stay! We Will be back! Each day the room was cleaned! Our room was a studio so no kitchen but this was not a problem!! The hotel is very nice with a lot of flowers, very clean for a 3 stars hotel ! Staff friendly.. only the manager had always a sad face..

Stayed for a week for some winter sun. I’ll start with the reception some staff were pleasant but the manager was uninterested in engaging with guests seemed miserable. Bar staff were nice and friendly. Move on to the rooms seems like a lottery if you get a good one. My room had a bad odour reported multiple times to no avail.towels changed every 3 days.beds very hard. Pool was clean and attended too and kept to a high standard. The location is really good short walk to the bar areas and beach is within a stones throw
