Hello... We stayed at the hotel for one night on January 3rd, 2026, with 4 families, a total of 9 people. I made the reservation through the hotel's website, using the number 0256 999 18 36, to avoid problems with travel companies. However, I believe the hotel rooms are managed by Jolly Tour, and without my knowledge, after a half-hour conversation with Mr. Güvenç Aykut, the tour company randomly assigned rooms to 4 families, even though I provided the room and family names individually. We experienced difficulties with check-in. I believe the hotel management will consider this matter. Regarding the hotel itself; considering that it's not the peak season, they are providing excellent service with a reduced staff. The hotel is right by the sea, the view is fantastic, the rooms are spotless, and I would like to especially thank the restaurant staff for their service. It's almost like it was put back together from scratch, meaning they don't compromise on service. Plenty of variety, plenty of food, some even untouched and collected back. I think it was the restaurant chef, Mr. Polat, I thank him very much, he is a very polite, attentive and skilled chef, he convinced a family who were about to check out of the hotel with his special attention, congratulations... I think it is definitely a hotel that should be visited during the summer season, thanks to all the staff for their efforts, I hope to see you again, thank you...
