Excellent location right next to the Wengen train station and 1 minute from the Männlichen Lift. Very friendly staff. Very good choice at breakfast. I was in a single room. The furniture and bathroom were dated, however, the bed was very comfortable and the shower excellent. The hotel was also spotlessly clean throughout. Had a very enjoyable stay.

We booked this hotel at short notice ("last minute") for three nights with our two children and were generally satisfied. The rooms are tidy. However, the blackout curtains in the living room, where our children slept, were insufficient. The old furniture in the hallways, however, gives a rather poor impression. It's also disconcerting not to be able to speak German at reception in German-speaking Switzerland. We were particularly displeased that some reception staff made fun of a guest, which is completely unacceptable in a four-star hotel. On the first floor, there's a lovely bar and lounge area with a fireplace. Unfortunately, no snacks are offered with drinks there (e.g., popcorn, chips, or nuts), which we found disappointing. The spa area is nicely designed, especially the sauna and the hammam. The location is perfect, next to the train station and not far from the cable car.

Very basic hotel , not many options in wengen anyhow. Location is great advantage as it's walkable from railway station. Rooms are ok with ver bad bed quality. Jungfrau views are stunning. I didn't like their cleaning sevice also as they don't change bed sheets rather just put them again. Breakfast spread was ok nothing great. Overall if u r getting at a good price go for it
