I stayed one night at this hotel with some colleagues in March. I was given a room that was very hot (I tend to get hot easily). I went down to reception to report it, and their solution was to change rooms, as the air conditioning isn't working at this time of year. The change was fantastic—a larger, superior room with a terrace. I was thrilled with the room change and slept like a log. I should also mention that the beds are incredibly comfortable. Thank you so much for the excellent service, especially from receptionists Sandra and Beatriz, who helped me and found a solution to my problem. That's what I call quality customer service: prioritizing customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel for the service, the cleanliness, the rooms...

I had book the hotel and requested for bathtub, the reception told me is fully booked, the next morning around 8am the restaurant is only 3 table, i wonder how full is that, the receptionist is not friendly and not willing to help, the toilet got mold and got sewage smell. The area is outskirts is surrounding got nothing much, make sure u have a car if you book this.
