Our stay at Silverland Sakyo was defined by stupendous service. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and professional. A huge shoutout to the front door staff who greeted us every time, pressed the elevator buttons for us, and ensured we never had to wait long! The Sanctuary Executive Double room was very roomy, and the refreshed mini-bar was a great perk. We also loved the breakfast and ended up getting three massages at the spa because the service was so excellent. We did have a minor hiccup with our transport, but the team handled it perfectly and made it right. 5 stars!

Silverland Sakyo — EXCELLENT ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment we walked up to the door, we were greeted by three gentlemen who warmly welcomed us and carried our luggage up the stairs. We were then invited to sit on a lounge, where we were served coffee and food while being checked in — such a lovely and relaxing start. The rooms were beautiful and spotless, and the bed and pillows were honestly the best we’ve had during our two weeks in Vietnam. The complimentary non-alcoholic minibar was a great touch, and they even provided a wall adapter — a first for us. The bathroom was also fantastic, with a bidet and heated seat, which added to the overall comfort. Sophie, our receptionist, was outstanding. She remembered our names throughout our stay right through to checkout, which made the experience feel very personal and special. Breakfast was absolutely worth the money, with an extensive buffet selection plus additional dishes available to order — it was unreal. The location is perfect — easy walking distance to designer shopping, large markets, great bars, and restaurants. This was our final stay of the trip, and we were genuinely sad we couldn’t stay longer. When we left, the same three gentlemen assisted us with our luggage again, and Sophie — with her beautiful smile and kindness — wished us a safe trip. What a perfect way to finish our holiday. My advice: BOOK IT.
