Titanium Lifetime and stayed on points at this hotel. Requested use of my suite upgrades and was denied despite there being 2 suites available. I understand Marriott does the suite upgrades, bit they could have given me a suite or ANY room upgrade at check in Being Lifetime Titanium. Additionally there weee MANY rooms available available and not even any type of upgrade was provided. Room was fair at beat. Service TERRIBLE. The room smelled like a soiled baby diaper and that smell did not go away the entire stay. When it came to checking out there were three individuals behind a curtain behind the reception desk and a line has formed of individuals checking in and out. After quite a wait and a linger line forming , someone from concierge walked over to reception and talked to the individuals sitting behind the curtain (we could all see them and if course them us). One person came out and took the first two individuals in line. Almost 10 mire minutes went by before another individual came out to help the rest of us in line. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Stayed for a night. Walking distance to Uffizi, Ponte Vechio, staff was excellent, rooms in great condition. Breakfast was great! My wife forget her jacket after we left, called and they promptly checked room, found it, and held it at front desk for us to pick up 3 days later.
