I had a truly wonderful experience staying at Sino House Hotel in Phuket, and it easily became one of the most memorable properties of our trip. What immediately stands out about this hotel is its beautiful Sino-Portuguese architectural style. The aesthetic charm of the property is simply delightful. It has a heritage feel that reflects the cultural character of Phuket Town, yet the interiors are extremely comfortable and thoughtfully maintained. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, much larger than what you typically find in many hotels today. The layout is well designed, very comfortable, and gives you a feeling of openness that makes the stay even more relaxing. However, the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the staff. In all the properties we stayed in during our time in Phuket, this hotel had the most courteous, warm, and genuinely helpful team. Every single staff member we interacted with was smiling, attentive, and always ready to assist in any possible way. That level of hospitality truly makes a difference and leaves a lasting impression. The location is also very convenient. There is a 7-Eleven right across the street, which makes quick errands very easy, and the hotel is well positioned for exploring the charming streets of old Phuket Town. Overall, the property has a wonderful charm, is very well maintained, and offers excellent value with large comfortable rooms, beautiful architecture, and outstanding service. It was genuinely a pleasure staying here, and I would highly recommend Sino House to anyone visiting Phuket who appreciates character, comfort, and exceptional hospitality. A truly lovely experience.

Room 10/10: Great room, comfortable bed, microwave, cups, spoons and forks provided, dining table, clear Android TV with YouTube and Netflix (remember to log out before leaving). Single bed = two double beds put together. Ample parking. Good bathroom, no bathtub but strong water pressure, hot water, no problems, satisfying shower. Service: 0/10. No service, everything is self-service. Breakfast is not included, but there is a microwave and a 7-Eleven across the street. Before arriving, I put my dinner and breakfast in the fridge and microwaved them.
