This review is specifically for the SPA: I was extremely disappointed with the spa. The place looks very worn down and outdated — more like a run-down, back-alley business than a professionally operated wellness center. The facility was not properly heated, even though it’s winter, which made the experience uncomfortable. The sauna was also not hot enough. The massage was far from professional; the therapist didn’t seem to have proper technique and it felt more like random pressing than an actual therapeutic massage. Hygiene and basic maintenance were serious issues. The toilet seat was broken and there was no toilet paper available, which is unacceptable in any establishment, let alone a spa. The towels were old and felt sticky — cleanliness should be a top priority in a place like this. When these issues were brought up, the woman who claimed to be the manager did not show any real concern which shows a complete lack of professionalism. Overall, this place is far from being a professional spa. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a quality, relaxing, and hygienic experience.

I spent three days here with my family in July 2025. The hotel is in a good location. The bathroom fixtures are a bit old. There's no beach in front of the hotel. You have to walk at least 10-12 minutes to get there. Apparently, there's a 600 TL per person fee for the beach (children are not charged). No information was provided about this. The restaurant staff were friendly. The food was generally okay. However, there is a charge for drinks. For example, when I filled two small glasses with ayran, they quickly brought me a receipt with the cost and asked for my signature. The same goes for tea, etc. This practice seemed strange to me. It would have been much more practical to open a bill instead. Finally, upon checkout, we were charged 960 TL for the drinks we consumed. However, the total cost was approximately 350 TL. We had Turkish coffee and other drinks by the pool that we hadn't consumed. The receptionist frowned when we told her we hadn't consumed them. Frankly, we felt like we were lying for having consumed them. The correction was made reluctantly. This situation and the distance of the beach and the necessity to spend time on the beach caused our holiday not to be very good.
