Extremely Disappointing Experience — Do Not Recommend for Weddings We booked this banquet hall for a 2-day wedding event (engagement, haldi, and wedding). Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst decisions we made. The event was severely mismanaged from start to finish. 1. Catering & Service The food menu was not followed as finalized. Despite multiple discussions and confirmations, completely different items were served during the events. In addition, the serving staff was poorly trained and uncoordinated. Guests were not attended properly, and the staff appeared indifferent and careless throughout the functions. 2. Vendors & Arrangements The vendors arranged by the banquet were highly unprofessional. Several items were of very poor quality: • The varmala provided was damaged and made of broken flowers, not what we had selected. • Basic event materials were substandard. 3. Decoration & Stage Setup The wedding mandap/vedi setup was extremely disappointing. There was minimal to no decoration, and even the bride and groom chairs were damaged. The stage looked unfinished and nowhere close to what had been promised. 4. Serious Security Issue The most alarming incident was that one of our guest’s cars went missing due to valet mismanagement. We were told it was caused by a key exchange confusion and someone else took the car. This shows a complete lack of security and accountability. ⸻ Overall, the event management was chaotic and poorly handled — from decoration to food to guest safety. A wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime occasion, and the experience here caused significant stress to our family and guests. I strongly advise anyone considering this venue for a wedding or major event to think very carefully before booking.
