There are a lot of 1-star reviews here, and just as many 5-star ones. I'm an experienced traveler. I'll try to be objective. I got this hotel for free from Air Royal Maroc, along with two food vouchers. But I only made it to breakfast. This hotel is definitely not a 4-star; it's a 3-star hotel in need of renovation. The rooms are really tired. The showers are leaky. The sound levels in the rooms are high, but... I had neighbors with four children. I didn't hear them at all. But you can definitely hear the cleaning crew in the room above. The breakfast is quite acceptable. There's a station where they make omelets. The cuisine is Moroccan/Arabic. The coffee tastes okay. There's plenty of fruit, vegetables, and pastries. The service is also good. A good 3-star hotel. I had dinner in the restaurant that evening. It took quite a while to prepare. But this isn't unique to this hotel. It's the same in most hotels. The food wasn't bad. But definitely not the best. A shuttle bus runs to and from the hotel every 30 minutes. Check-in and check-out were quick and comfortable. However, if I had paid the Booking.com price for this hotel, which was $70 at the time, I would have been more disappointed. The room didn't have a hairdryer, slippers, a robe, or toothpaste and a toothbrush. The towels and bed linen were clean. The air conditioner worked properly. In my case, it was heating. Overall, it was clean. It's just that the rooms are quite old. My WiFi worked everywhere. Loading was fine. No problems. But for an overnight stay near the airport, it's a good option.

This hotel is a scam. I rented a room for one day for $121, and they said breakfast was included. During Ramadan, they charged me 300 dirhams for breakfast, but I gave them $100 and they only gave me $50 back. This hotel is a scam and they take advantage of customers. I don't recommend it to anyone. Every employee asks you for a five-star rating. They're already doing so well, and they still want a rating just to rip people off. I won't forget anyone who stayed at this hotel.
