The hotel gives a somewhat mixed impression. Although the building itself looks relatively new from the outside, the interior feels rather old and dated. Some areas appear worn, and the overall level of cleanliness could be improved, as the room did not feel perfectly well-maintained. On the positive side, the breakfasts were good: there was a decent selection of food, and the quality was satisfactory. Sound insulation inside the hotel is also good — noise from neighboring rooms was not an issue. The hotel is located close to a highway, which might be a concern at first. However, with the balcony door closed, the traffic noise was not audible, so it did not disturb the stay. Overall, the hotel is acceptable for a short stay, with good breakfasts and solid soundproofing, but it would benefit from better maintenance and a more thorough cleaning.

Unsanitary conditions!!! Dirty dishes, dust, streaks on the mirrors and windows, stains all over the floor, cigarette butts!!! There's only one chair on the balcony, a dirty toilet, the room stinks, the walls are covered in black, dirty stains, everything is sticky, the receptionists are rude, absolutely disgusting, the service is zero, the worst place I've ever been. I paid for 8 days at the hotel, but after the first day I couldn't stay there and moved to another hotel. They didn't refund my money and did nothing!!! I don't recommend!!!

The rooms are clean and well-appointed. The receptionists are very friendly. The location is great; you just need to cross the street to be at the beach and the promenade. It's about 3.5 km from the Alphabet Tower, but walking along the promenade isn't a problem.
