Rooms were good but getting up that hill to the hotel is a hike... Once up there the view is spectacular. Coron is great for snorkeling but the city is verry poor and everything is under construction. They still burn their garbage every morning making breakfast a bit unpleasant.

The bunk bed room was fine! Clean with a small storage space! Shower with hot water. Good restaurant, varied menu and a full buffet-style breakfast. Shuttle service to the town center from 8:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:45, very convenient. I think having it from 8:00 to 21:00 would be really good because in the afternoon you have to come back by tuk-tuk, and it's a very steep climb, and I wouldn't have done it on foot with young children! The pool (it has two pools) wasn't very clean, especially the children's pool. We asked if it was going to be cleaned the next day, and they said a vacuum cleaner was coming by. They should have done a bit more than just a vacuum cleaner! We didn't swim, but some people were brave enough to jump into the deep end. Beautiful view of Coron and Coron Island. Nice outdoor terrace to enjoy the view and the good weather. On-site laundry service: you drop off your clothes in the morning and they're delivered to the front desk in the evening. Reasonable price. It was my daughter's birthday, I had a cake made, and the shuttle driver picked it up for us while we were out exploring the islands. Very thoughtful of them! Good value for money.

The air conditioning in our room worked well, and the breakfast was decent. We didn’t use the pool, as it seemed a bit dirty for us, but that didn’t affect our overall experience. The staff was wonderful! We didn’t hear the alarm, but the staff called us and even offered a transfer, effectively waking us up, for which we are very grateful — we didn’t miss our ferry! Thank you for taking such good care of us!
