My experience at the Slaviero Blumenau Hotel was extremely positive and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by an impeccable reception team, always attentive, polite, and available. My special thanks to Gleice, Kennedy, Mr. Tomaz, and the entire reception team, who demonstrate professionalism combined with genuine kindness, making all the difference during my stay. I must also mention the chambermaid Hilda, affectionately known as "hurricane"—efficient, dedicated, and always with contagious energy. The care taken with the cleanliness of the hotel and the room is evident: everything very organized, clean environment, cozy room, and an extremely comfortable bed, guaranteeing nights of excellent rest. The service of the bellboy Jeziel also deserves mention; he was always helpful and polite, assisting promptly and kindly. Regarding breakfast and dinner, even though I don't remember the names of the staff, I was always very well attended to, with cordiality, attention, and a willingness to serve well. I would also like to highlight a staff member who was on reservist duty on Saturday (December 20, 2025), whose service was equally kind and attentive, extremely polite and courteous. The Slaviero Blumenau is a hotel that conveys care, organization and, above all, humanity in its service. Congratulations to the entire team! I highly recommend it and will certainly return. 🌟👏

For a short stay, okay. Room: the bed is a good size; the cleanliness is superficial: there was a lot of dust on the windows, edges of the bathroom sink, and mildew on the walls. Staff: the guys at reception were kind; the grumpy lady at breakfast needs a vacation. Breakfast: very bad. Extremely weak. If you can, book without breakfast included and go to Cafehaus Glória.
