I've stayed here a few times when my daughter was in college and it was nice, but this time bringing my other daughter to college, my family stayed here again and it was not pleasant. Check-in was okay, but my family went out and came back to get ready for bed, and we kept seeing these big bugs on the air conditioner, the floor, and the ceiling. We were killing them, and I called the front desk to inform them. The attendant thought I was lying and told me to bring the bugs to him... like, really? So I had to go in the garbage can to retrieve them and take them to him for him to say, "Oh well, we get these. I can't change your room. I can come vacuum." Like you're going to vacuum the ceiling! No apologies, no, "I'll take something off your room." Nothing. I literally stayed up all night scared that I was going to find one of those bugs in my bed. Then on top of that, my TV didn't work all night. I brought this to the manager the next morning, and still nothing was done.
