My honest opinion, we paid about $75 abt a month back to book a room at this place to stay on Jan 2, 2026 for our 5-day road trip from Jersey City - Savannah GA and back. While it is a 2-star (or even a 1.5-star) place, the room was pretty neat and well maintained. Only issue that we had is that the bathroom was much smaller. If you don't expect too much at a place you want to rest, this place is great! On the other hand, the staff at the reception desk was great and friendly to talk to!

Great hotel overall (8.0/10). Stayed 3 nights in March. Very nice room, with new or at least near new carpet. Great to see a property investing in itself, too many these days are going to wooden flooring (not a fan). Everything worked as it should. Comfy bed. Shower is very good, and one where you can actually control the water pressure (generally with a bath/shower combo you can control the temperature whereas the pressure is one-size-fits-all). TV was very good, with scrolling TV guides and lots of channels. Staff were great, Tom at check-in was very friendly. Breakfast was good (for context I'm satisfied with a bowl of cereal or some toast). Parking was good. I would definitely stay again, as for the price paid ($58 total per night) the value for money is tough to beat.
