this is the worst hotel i’ve ever been to in my life. i had to switch rooms 3 times because they were disgusting and then one of the rooms had something disgusting in the bed. i asked for a refund and they refused. so my dad called choice hotels and the lady promised me a refund and the hotel owner called my dad and tried to argue it but ultimately agreed to refund me . it’s been over a week and i still haven’t received my refund. so if they refuse to refund my money im going to expose them! i have photos and everything

Run run run !!! My daughter was going to have a pool party for my granddaughter. Upon entering this nasty smelly place. We pulled the sheets back and an adult toy was laying there used and the sheets were nasty. Only response was move to another room that was also nasty. Run run run !!!

When i booked a month in advance I booked 3 rooms. 1 with a queen bed and a bath tub. One with 2 queen beds and a bath tub. one with a queen bed and a shower only. we get there to check in none of the rooms i booked in advance were available. To me when u book something that means its taken you should not give them away to other guest because they have already been paid for. The rooms i got had no bath tubs just showers. Sorry my house has only a shower I wanted to lay in a tub. One of the rooms that was given to us when we got in the room it hadn't even been cleaned yet the bed wasn't made the shower was dirty. The pool area had absolutely no towels in it. So we had to use the towels in our rooms they had the amount of people I was bringing and didnt even give us enough towels for the amount of people we had. Told us we have no towels to give. Wow. Then when I said that it was poor customer service I was told I cant give it to you so go now. Wow. All of the floors were dirty stained and gross. All I can say is wow.
