I'll start by saying I've booked this property twice. The first time it went well, but the second time, Agoda automatically changed the booking date because there were no rooms available, and I didn't notice. I immediately requested a refund, but it was denied because I was told that's company policy. I understand that the room wasn't refundable on the website, but it was a human error with the wrong date, and honestly, I would have preferred to have the room since I had to look elsewhere anyway. Let's just say you didn't look good because you preferred to pocket the money when you could have walked away clean. Instead, you just showed a lack of seriousness. Terrible!!!

We stayed for four days and were very happy and comfortable with the apartment. It was clean, had all the appliances, the air conditioning worked well, and they had utensils, pots, and even laundry detergent—very complete for a comfortable stay. The only thing we didn't like was the bed, which was two single beds pushed together, and that was a bit uncomfortable. The view was very nice; you could see part of the Metropol Parasol, and the area is very nice. They also have lockers that cost €5 if you need to leave your luggage before or after check-in. We left very happy and grateful, and we will definitely return!

Would not recommend staying here. Stayed in apartment #2, to my surprise the apartment was not in the main building but in a patio next to the building. If I knew that there was a possibility of the accomodation not being inside the building, I would have not booked it, especially being a solo traveller. I felt the apartment was too exposed, there was a gate that could only be accessed via code but I feel like anyone could easily climb that gate. Really wish they would have mentioned the possibility of the apartment being outside the main building. The apartment had an unpleasant smell, especially the bathroom, which I did read about that in a few reviews. I don't know what kind of windows they installed but it did not block any kind of noise. You could hear the rain very loudly and there was a lot of noise from the street during the night. The worst part was this noise from water falling from the roof I think, and in the bedroom it made it seem like the water was inside the wall right behind the bed, it was driving me crazy, I was only able to fall asleep at 3 AM when it stopped raining and the noise ceased. I never experienced anything like this, it may seem like an exaggeration but the water noise was in fact really loud. Also the apartment could have been cleaned better. (Check the photos) The apartment seems to have all the necessary amenities (Dishwasher, laundry machine, microwave, coffee machine, etc) but I cannot comment much on them as I did not use them. Unfortunately would not repeat this experience and good luck to whoever gets apartment #2 in the future.
