Be aware that the daily $35 credit feels like a loophole. Staff seem to be taking advantage by not disclosing hidden fees, which is very disappointing. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

fix grammar they said love is sweeter the second time around..and that applies to our stay here at SLS! it's always a nice start when you're greeted warmly during check-in and LIVA exceeded that far beyond expectations! The whole staff, the valet service,housekeeping and everyone is truly exceptional. This would now be our first choice everytime we want a staycation in LA! perfect for our family,the king suite is huge. amazing rooftop deck and their avocado toast and shakshuka for breakfast (until 1:30 PM! another plus!) is a must (kiss mediocre breakfast menus goodbye!)

We had a great stay. Good location, breakfast was good. But the ultimate experience was the service in particular by Liva from the front desk. She was very responsive and able to accommodate our needs. She seemed happy to help and was very welcoming.
