We arrived on Tuesday 12/10/24, left our suitcases and returned at night to go to bed. When I entered I started to see hair everywhere, even inside the bed. On top of that, the duvet was not on, it was inside the dirty closet (photos) with stains that looked like feces and remains that I couldn't describe 🤮. When we called he told us to go down and get a clean one and they gave us a small, thin one for a child's bed... they told us they didn't have another one, so we spent the night cold and sleepless. The next day when we got up I saw that, although the covers were clean, the cushion fillings were full of stains. I spoke to the manager again to solve all the problems why we had paid for another night. They changed our room and in the new one, the cleaning girl I spoke with (she was lovely), was personally in charge of cleaning the room and left it in good condition, she even changed the cushion fillings for new ones. And although the toilet lid was broken, we were able to spend a day and night safely.

Work with Booking and the service is not bad, it is VERY BAD, No duvet, no towels and an owner with Very Bad Milk. Booking takes all the blame to avoid responsibility. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE

I was going to Lleida for a conference, I booked the accommodation 4 months in advance and 2 weeks into my stay they canceled it (at first I thought it was a fraudulent email because it seemed so impossible to me that they would do that). I called the number that appears on the reservation and was answered by a man who says that he has nothing to do with reservation management, but is only in charge of giving the keys. He gave me another number and I had to talk to them on WhatsApp because apparently they never pick up the phone and when they do they forward the calls to the other man. When I manage to contact them, they excuse themselves by saying that Booking gave availability on their website that they did not have (yes, of course, and do they realize 2 weeks before???). They washed their hands and only gave me a refund of the money, which doesn't solve anything for me, especially on congress days when there are hardly any accommodations available. Terrible service, I don't recommend it.
