I had a terrible lodging experience. It all started when some information was missing from the reservation, which was the floor; it was listed as zero. This was already an advertisement that would only cause problems. I was supposed to stay from Thursday to Saturday. When I entered room 1512 at night, I realized that the internet wasn't working. I spent almost 2:15 AM trying to resolve it with an attendant. They told me to do all possible tests, and since it didn't work, they asked me to try connecting in another apartment on the same floor, 1505. The internet connected and worked. They sent me to this other apartment, and upon unlocking it, I realized it was dirty and a mess. It hadn't been cleaned, and it was unfit for me to stay there. They sent me to another room, 1511, where the internet also didn't work. I ended up sleeping in this last room. The thing is, I needed the internet to work the next day. I had to use my cell phone to be able to have meetings in the morning and early afternoon; it was terrible and detrimental to me. Cleaning would only be done after 1 PM. I was only able to change back to 1505, now clean and where the internet worked, at 3 PM. I had stayed in other units before and never had problems, but this time it was terrible and I don't know if I will stay at Charlie's again.
