5 star service indeed, location, amenities, room, and most importantly the staff. Mariah and Eduardo very professional and helpful. Got an unbelievable upgrade to a suite with a view you are happy to wake up to every day. This is a must stay for me when in Tribeca. Thanks

I am so disappointed from this property. I stayed for 4 days and here is my experience. First day I was assigned to a room with noisy AC. I complained the second day and I was asked to move to a different room because it can not be fixed right away. I accepted that but I was hoping that they will help me to move in to the second room but they didn’t offer help. Honestly if the story ends here then no big deal but in my last night there was peeping sound from the alarm at 4 AM that I can’t sleep when it is on. I talked to them and after 30 min the guy showed up to replace it. If the story is ends here, I will let it go but I didn’t expect at all that there is no sincere apology! I was expecting that we are so sorry for inconvenience for your stay but I swear to god they didn’t apologize which all I wanted to hear. Really disappointing Overall review: Cleanees Bathrooms are clean but room carpets are not and so old. Room equipment: Refrigerator is so full and it is so small with there mini bar space to store anything + no microwave location In front of subway so it is good Pricing: I booked from their website and it shows a price that says this price is inclusive but I was charged 200$ more because they say it is property fees ( 50$ per day). Despite I should the to reception that the price is inclusive they said the property fees are not showing. Final recommendation, I may pay slightly more to go a different facility. My motive to write down this review is because I was expecting them to apologize to me for this inconvenience ( changing room and alam sounding and time to fix it but unfortunately they didn’t so I pissed off and I strongly believe I should get an apology)
